The Nile begins its journey there and ultimately arrives at a pass that is 7 meters wide. The river narrows to this width pouring through the opening with tremendous force. After lunch, you will go to the top of the Falls at this opening and experience the tremendous rush of water. Later you will be transferred to the Sambiya Lodge.
The Sambiya River Lodge is only 20 few minutes from the top of the falls, and centrally situated in the famous Murchison Falls National Park. It is the ideal position for those who want to experience the individual ambiance of Africa. The green nearby leopard country is a mixture of savannah plain and riverine forest that supports a selection of wildlife. The park offers stupendous views of the dramatic waterfalls of the Nile River, which plunge 45 meters through a narrow 7-metre canyon of boulders. Sambiya River Lodge's individual charm is in the ambiance of intimacy provided to the visitors. The twenty thatched cottages include either one or two bedrooms with twin or double beds. Each of the 20 bedrooms has its own personal bathroom amenities as well as a veranda from which visitor can unwind and enjoy the tranquility of Africa. Service is welcoming and unobtrusive. The staff is proud of their skills and is pleased to be of service. Sambiya River Lodge provides you with a real African adventure.
